“Ditsy Daisy”, "we ", “I” or “us” means Ditsy Daisy Jewellery.

"Working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding Bank or other Public holidays.

 

Postage and Packaging and Ordering

 

When you have chosen which item you want to purchase, just click "add to cart" and once you have finished shopping, go to "checkout". You can either pay securely online or you can send a cheque. If you wish to pay by cheque, please place your order online ticking the "click here to pay by cheque" button and write your cheques payable to ‘Ditsy Daisy Jewellery’ with a copy of the invoice. Once cheques have cleared with the bank your jewellery will be sent out to you. The jewellery displayed has had every effort made to it to be as accurate as possible. Images and colours do vary depending on your monitor and browser, so we are unable to guarantee that products will be just as seen on your monitor. Jewellery dimensions have been described as accurately as possible.

 

In the rare occasion that an item is incorrectly priced on the web site, Ditsy Daisy Jewellery reserves the right to not supply that item at the said price and the normal price will be offered, any requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.   By placing an order with Ditsy Daisy Jewellery you agree to the terms and conditions on the Ditsy Daisy Website.

 

I would absolutely love to be able to offer free delivery to customers but with the changes to Royal Mail’s pricing system [to now include the size and shape of parcels] this is an unavoidable charge.

Royal Mail at the following rates:

UK- England and Wales

Orders up to £14.99: P&P= £2.75 First Class Recorded Delivery
£15 - £39.99 = £3.75 First Class Recorded Delivery
£40 - £99.99 = £4 First Class Recorded delivery 
£0.00 - £99.99 = £6.95 Royal Mail Special Delivery
£100 and over excluding P&P = £1.25 DISCOUNTED Special Delivery

We do offer Next Day delivery on items at a cost of £6.95, according to stock availability and if ordered before 11am that morning. Please email before selecting Next Day, as pieces are handmade to order some may need more time to make.  I will do my best to do urgent delivieries, so just let me know.

I do prefer for you to select when items are priced above £39.99 for them to be special delivery as they are insured.  However if you wish to choose the recorded option that is your decision.

All other countries

Standard flat rate of £5.50 to Channel Islands, Ireland and Isle of Man. 
Standard flat rate £8 to all other countries.

We aim to dispatch orders which are in stock within 3 days but will only guarantee 7 working days as every piece is handmade time will vary, not including weekends and holidays. Pieces that have been commissioned will be delivered within the time specified by us. We cannot guarantee delivery time for postings to countries abroad. You will be emailed if any problems may arise.  If you need a next day service, we do offer this, and all you need to do is select the next day postage option.

 DUE TO POSSIBLE POSTAGE DELAYS, I CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIME.

beautifully gift wrapped  at a charge of £1 per item and is carefully wrapped in padded paper to prevent breakages, we have the right to alter the packaging specification as it sees fit.  Please select correct option for number of gift wraps.

 

 

Returns Policy

 

I do take care in making and packaging my handmade jewellery.   We believe that you will be delighted with the items you have ordered but there maybe on occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. 

 

Unwanted Items

 

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return items within 5 days for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging with receipt of purchase. Please notify by email within 48 hours if you wish to return items. All goods must be returned recorded delivery.   You will be refunded the full amount excluding P&P, and minus any Netbanx charges, within thirty days. Certain products are excluded from this return and refund policy, including earrings, any items which have been specifically made to order or sale items. These items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Faulty Items

 

 If for any reason it arrives to you damaged, please return it to me recorded delivery. We will exchange it with a replacement (subject to availability or offer a full refund, in this case we will also pay the cost of P&P providing you have obtained proof of postage from your Post Office). It must be returned within 7 days, and you will be refunded within 30 days once received and checked.   If an item is damaged you must notify us by email within 48 hours if you do not do this then we will not accept liability for the faulty goods.  If jewellery has not been returned in packaging an appropriate amount will be deducted. The responsibility of all returns is the responsibility of the customer until they reach Ditsy Daisy Jewellery.

Cancellation

 

Cancellation Policy for bespoke commissioned jewellery: There will be a charge of up to 50% depending on the stage of manufacture at the time of cancellation. Each case will be considered case by case.

 

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please do so by email within 5 days of the date of your order. However if your order has been dispatched then you will have to return it recorded delivery and will be subject to the cost of Postage and Packaging. We will refund the full price minus any Netbanx charges within 30 days of the order being cancelled. Please do not order unless you are sure that you want the item.

 

Privacy

 

We are pleased to confirm that all information you provide with Ditsy Daisy will be in the strictest of confidence. We will not share your details with, or sell your details to, any third party for the purposes of marketing. We collate a mailing list of customers who wish to be kept up to date of our special offers and new designs. Customers may unsubscribe at any time, simply send an email to enquiries@ditsydaisyjewellery.co.uk with unsubscribe in the subject line.

 

All transactions undertaken on our site will be processed on a secure server and at know time does anyone see your card details.

Please note that bead-strung pieces worn regularly should be restrung around every 6 months or so, to help avoid breakages. I am very happy to offer a restring service from £9.

If you have any ideas for your own creations, or even just a colour scheme for a particular outfit for any occasion and would like me to create it, or even if you have seen a piece on the website that you would like to add a twist of yourself to, please contact me.

 

Wholesale

 

I am very happy to sell to retailers and do offer wholesale prices, please contact Hayley to discuss, select and process orders for wholesale.
